From the very beginning, Nalantis focused its groundbreaking semantic AI technology on the HR domain—developing sophisticated solutions for talent management, including upskilling, reskilling, competency mapping, and internal mobility. For over a decade, HR and Talent Management have been our flagship domain, where we’ve consistently delivered value through context-aware, multilingual language understanding.
This foundational expertise enabled us to seamlessly extend our core technology into adjacent sectors such as drone compliance, smart cities, and ESG reporting—where similar challenges of interpreting unstructured language data and regulatory complexity demand the same linguistic precision and explainability.

Artificial Intelligence has been around for 50+ years with a massive amount of progress recently by researchers, companies and institutions. We've seen major milestones and tremendous change in computational linguistics, natural language processing, semantic modelling and of course machine learning. The rise of deep learning has accelerated the dawn of AI and we anticipate an even more rapid acceleration of AI achievements in the next decade. We’ve invested and combined these techniques to deliver a unique approach to using natural language understanding to benefit businesses.
