Role description

As Head of Tautona you are the link between the business development managers (sales agents) and the Nalantis R&D team. 

You will be responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives and customer projects. You ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. You are the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding your customer projects. 


Your responsibilities 

  • Plan and implement Nalantis' technology vision, strategy, and roadmap In collaboration with CTO and management

  • Drive the development teams forwards through an updated, detailed backlog and active participation In the development process (planning, reviews)

  • Monitor the market and work with customers to keep up-to-date, and establish priorities

  • Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases

  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

  • Fluently combine commercial demands (“what the customer wants”) with our technology and solutions stack (“what we can build”)

  • Define and monitor relevant KPIs


Qualifications

  • Proven Product Management/Product Owner experience in a high tech business environment

  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

  • Thorough familiarity with the AI/NLP/semantic technologies and applications landscape

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills establishing guidelines in these areas

  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding supervising and timely delivery of development work

  • Hands-on and agile

  • Teamwork oriented

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
